Salis/Jasevoli duo PDF Stampa E-mail
Antonello Salis: pianoforte, fisa, keyboards…
Antonio Jasevoli: chitarre…

Everything takes shape in a spontaneous yet never accidental way. Antonello Salis and Antonio Jasevoli first met in a duo band, an experience they had already successfully lived through even if with other musicians.

The dialectical confrontation between two different theoretical statements runs through all the history of music culture, in a polarity that finds in improvisation the rising of themes which are systematized by the attitude and sensibility of the two, with an approach that goes from intuitive to rational and passes over genres and styles, to skim over irregular approaches to music and life and that implicates different ways of communicating, inspirations and spurs.

The duo originated from the common spur to explore alternative sound universes, and from the challenge, typical of great artists, of starting a journey without knowing exactly where it’s going to end. The only certainty is the consciousness of being able to reinvent one’s own world with something that has never been seen or heard before. Loads of improvisation and a dialogue
